Jean François bungalow is located at Point d'Esny on the southeast coast of Mauritius about one km away from the Blue Bay marine park. The house sits in a private compound and lies on the second row from a beachfront house, which is directly on the beach. It has a partial seaview from its terrace, and bedroom upstairs. The distance from the beach is about forty meters.

 Ground Floor:
The ground floor consists of open plan kitchen and dining room for a capacity of six persons. It has one room with a DBL bed with A/C with private toilet and shower.

 First Floor:
The master bedroom has a double bed overlooking the bay and is equipped with a fan.
The secondary bedroom has twin beds with a sea view also equipped with a fan.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet upstairs.
