Millionaire is a superior beach villa located at Point d'Esny on the southeast coast of Mauritius about one km away from the Blue Bay marine park. The villa has a magnificent sea view over the lagoon, especially over Ile aux Aigrettes – an island protected and exclusively managed by The Mauritian Wild life Foundation. To the left, the villa offers a view over the Lion mountain range extending all along the southeast coast.

 Ground Floor:
Ground floor consists of a fully equipped American style kitchen and sea view. The large front terrace has a magnificent sea view terrace and the rear terrace opens on the back entrance garden. On the same floor, there is a lounge, a dining room and one bedroom with private toilet, shower and a double bed.

 First Floor:
The first floor consists of three bedrooms: All rooms have a sea view with the master bedroom having one double bed with private shower and toilet. The other two rooms each have twin beds and one shared toilet and shower.
