Tropicana is a beachfront apartment located at Point d’Esny on the southeast coast of Mauritius about one km away from the Blue Bay marine park. It is a small one bedroomed beach flat with an en-suite American style kitchen and large dining room. It has a sea view terrace and there is a convertible sofa bed for two people in the living room.

 The owner shares a similar apartment in the same building with a separate entrance.
